Bubblin' Crock Of Onion Soup - Chef's recipe of sweet onions, sherry and Marsala wine , a blend of spices, beef and chicken broths. Delicately baked with croutons and aged Swiss cheese.

Chicken Tortilla Soup - Tender chicken simmered in a chili seasoned tomato broth with onions, roasted corn, and black beans topped with crispy corn tortilla strips, grated cheese and pico de gallo.

Caesar Caesar:  Crisp Romaine, tossed in our creamy Caesar dressing with garlic croutons and shaved Parmesan.  Garnished with sliced red bell pepper.


Grilled Romaine:  Two Romaine halves brushed in olive oil, lightly seasoned and quickly grilled . . . served with bacon-bleu cheese vinaigrette, and roasted red bell peppers. 


Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps:  Tender pieces of Chicken breast tossed in a Spicy Buffalo Sauce.  Served with green lettuce leaves, Bleu cheese dressing, diced celery, carrots, cucumbers and red bell peppers.


Goat Cheese Quesadilla:  Goat cheese, fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, diced tomatoes grilled on a large flour tortilla, and cut into wedges.  Served with Chipotle roasted red pepper sauce.


Seared Ahi Lettuce Wraps:  Seared Ahi Tuna placed aboard white rice and served with lettuce leaves, Wasabi, soy sauce and fresh vegetable trio.


 

Pasta Pasta


Pomodoro Pasta - Artichoke hearts, Roma tomatoes, fresh garlic, basil, pine nuts, mushrooms and linguine tossed in white wine and tomato sauce, with shaved Parmesan cheese.

California Lasagna - A rich Bolognese sauce with Italian sausage, wrapped in a large pasta roll, served upright with a perfect blend of garlic cream, marinara, and fresh basil chiffonade.

Fettuccine Alfredo with Roasted Chicken - Traditional Alfredo sauce over delicious Fettuccine pasta, topped with roasted chicken grated Parmesan cheese and basil chiffonmade.
 

Cajun Pasta - Rotisserie chicken & Andouille sausage sauteed in Cajun seasoning, tossed with penne pasta in a rich garlic-cream. Topped with green onions, pico de gallo and Parmesan cheese.
 

 

American Grille Specialties

Grilled Fish Tacos - Grilled cod lightly seasoned and folded into grilled corn tortillas with purple cabbage, grated provolone cheese and spicy ranch. Served with black beans and rice.

Tropical Island Chicken Breast:  A grilled marinated chicken breast, charbroiled and topped with Mango and Pineapple relish, served with coconut couscous and fresh lime.


Olde English Fish and Chips - Beer battered cod served with crispy fries, coleslaw, lemon and house-made tartar sauce.

Spit-Roasted Chicken In Honey-Citrus Glaze - Half of a rotisserie cooked chicken with fresh herbs and a honey-citrus glaze. Served with Yukon Gold roasted garlic mashers and cole slaw.

Steak, Chicken, Shrimp and Lobster Kabobs:  A summer treat from land and sea!!!  Tender pieces of chicken breast, aged beef, succulent shrimp and lobster cooked on a skewer over an open flame.  Served on a bed of rice with fresh lemon and garlic butter.


Seafood Stack:  Grilled Salmon, layers of fried corn tortillas, bay shrimp, vegetable medley and cheese placed gently aboard a mound of white rice.  Topped with Spring mix greens, sour cream and pico de gallo.  All surrounded by chile verde sauce.

New York Steak - Butcher’s cut charbroiled, New York Steak served with our own Yukon Gold mashers and blue cheese mushrooms.

Almond Encrusted Halibut with Apricot-Horseradish - Our executive chef hit the target with this creation of flavors that will leave you weak in the knees. Served with rice pilaf and vegetables.

Beer Battered Prawns - Beer battered shrimp, deep fried to golden brown and served with rice pilaf, vegetable, lemon and cocktail sauce with a dollop of hot mustard.

Grilled Ribeye Steak - Choice cut, lightly seasoned and charbroiled to your liking. Topped with sliced mushrooms in a garlic-shallot butter and served with Yukon Gold roasted garlic mashers.

Seared Ahi Tuna - Ahi Tuna encrusted in Black & White Sesame Seeds, pan seared medium-rare and sliced thin... served aboard shredded Daikon and spicy sprouts with seasoned Asian slaw, Wasabi and soy sauce.

Lemon Sorbetini
Hazelnut Flan - Grandma left this recipe to the family and Chef has created this wonderful dessert just for you. Delicate custard, caramel glaze, toasted Hazelnuts and whipped cream.
The Chocolate Wedge - Layers of incredible chocolate cake and creamy chocolate mousse with a sinful fudgity chocolate frosting. You can never get enough c-h-o-c-o-l-a-t-e!
Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie - Chunks of Reese’s in a pie with smooth dark chocolate, rich creamy peanut butter mousse and a tasty sweet graham cracker crust is a must have!  
  Bananas Foster - The Chef's recipe of ripe bananas in a rich butter-cream sauce, flamed with Meyer's Rum. Served with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and toasted almonds.
Tiramisu – This Italian dessert is a delicious layered delight combined with rum, cocoa, coffee, mascarpone Cheese and a dollop of whipped cream. Godere!
