Bubblin' Crock Of Onion Soup - Chef's recipe of sweet onions, Sherry and Marsala wine, a blend of spices, beef and chicken broths. Delicately baked with croutons and aged Swiss cheese.
Chicken Tortilla Soup - Tender chicken simmered in a chili seasoned tomato broth with onions, roasted corn, and black beans topped with crispy corn tortilla strips, grated cheese and pico de gallo.

Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps: Tender pieces of Chicken breast tossed in a Spicy Buffalo Sauce. Served with green lettuce leaves, Bleu cheese dressing, diced celery, carrots, cucumbers and red bell peppers.

Goat Cheese Quesadilla:  Goat cheese, fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, diced tomatoes grilled on a large flour tortilla, and cut into wedges.  Served with Chipotle roasted red pepper sauce.
Seared Ahi Lettuce Wraps: Seared Ahi Tuna placed aboard white rice and served with lettuce leaves, Wasabi, soy sauce and fresh vegetable trio.

Garden Fresh "Monster" Salads

Salad dressings available are Honey-Mustard, Red Wine Vinaigrette, Caribbean Avocado, Danish Bleu Cheese or Sundried Tomato Ranch
Caesar Caesar - Crisp Romaine, tossed in our creamy Caesar dressing with garlic croutons and shaved Parmesan. Garnished with sliced red bell pepper.
Oriental Salad - Fresh greens, grilled chicken, red bells and purple cabbage in soy-ginger dressing atop crispy noodles. Garnished with roasted sesame seeds, toasted almonds.
Avocado and Bay Shrimp Salad - Mixed greens, and bay shrimp topped with sliced avocado, tomato, cucumbers, and hard boiled egg. Served with house Louie dressing.
Mediterranean Salad - Crisp greens, imported olives, artichoke hearts, cucumbers, sun dried tomatoes and red onion tossed in our Balsamic Vinaigrette, topped with Feta cheese.
Grilled Ahi Caesar - Our American Grille Caesar topped with a grilled Ahi Tuna Filet. If you like, we can season it with our own "Cajun Spice" for that bit of BAM!
Blackened Chicken Caesar - A favorite American Grille Caesar, blackened chicken breast seasoned with our "Cajun" spice blend. If you're feeling wimpy we'll grill it plain.
Grilled Romaine with Charbroiled New York, Chicken, or Spicy Shrimp: Two Romaine halves brushed in olive oil, lightly seasoned and quickly grilled . . . served with bacon-bleu cheese vinaigrette, and roasted red bell peppers. Your choice of beef, chicken or shrimp.
Spinach Roasted Chicken Salad - Spinach, red onion, Feta cheese and smoked bacon o in Honey-Dijon dressing. With roasted chicken, sliced egg, tomato, and cucumbers.
Melodys Mixed Greens - Crisp salad greens, crumpled Blue Cheese, candied walnuts, Granny Smith apples and sweet red onions in our home honey-cider vinaigrette.

Southern BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich - Lightly seasoned slow roasted pork, crisp cole slaw and Bermuda Onion aboard a grilled sandwich roll. Served with crispy fries and a side of Chipotle BBQ sauce.
Grilled Pastrami and Pepper Jack “Panini Style”:  Lean smoked pepper-cured Pastrami with our stoneground mustard-mayo blend, grilled onions and Pepper jack cheese, stacked on your choice of Ciabatta roll or marbled rye bread.  Served with crispy fries.
Beef Dip Sandwich - "Thin sliced beef tri-tip" with Swiss cheese on a sandwich roll with au jus for dipping. Served with crispy fries or potato salad.
Turkey Dip Sandwich - Just like our beef dip only we use thinly sliced roast turkey for a wonderful sandwich treat.

Snicker Pie - The best thing this side of Mars! Chocolate brownie crust, Snicker bar chunks, vanilla ice cream, roasted peanuts, and caramel sauce.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie - Chunks of Reese’s in a pie with smooth dark chocolate, rich creamy peanut butter mousse and a tasty sweet graham cracker crust is a must have!


The Chocolate Wedge - Layers of incredible chocolate cake and creamy chocolate mousse with a sinful fudgity chocolate frosting. You can never get enough c-h-o-c-o-l-a-t-e!

Bananas Foster - The Chef's recipe of ripe bananas in a rich butter-cream sauce, flamed with Meyer's Rum. Served with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and toasted almonds.

Tiramisu – This Italian dessert is a delicious layered delight combined with rum, cocoa, coffee, mascarpone Cheese and a dollop of whipped cream. Godere!
