CR Gibbs American Grille is located in Redding, California, just off Interstate 5 and adjacent to the Best Western Plus Hilltop Inn. Our central location makes us convenient for both locals and travelers.

We are close to many of Northern California’s most popular destinations, including Shasta Lake, the Sacramento River, Lassen Volcanic National Park, Mount Shasta, and Mount Shasta Ski Park. This makes CR Gibbs a great dining stop before or after outdoor adventures.
